How information submitted through the SBS website is handled.
The Contact form collects your name, email address, message, inquiry type, and any optional organization, phone, or Discord information you choose to provide. Basic technical information may be processed to prevent spam and abuse.
SBS leadership uses submitted information only to review and respond to your inquiry, coordinate an opportunity, or maintain a reasonable record of the conversation. We do not sell contact information.
Contact submissions are delivered only to the private #website-submissions Discord channel within the Syndicate Leaders category. The form does not email the submission or save a message copy on the website server. If Discord cannot confirm delivery, the form reports an error.
Submitted messages remain in the private Discord channel while needed to handle an inquiry or active working relationship, subject to Discord and server retention practices. To request correction or removal, contact SBS leadership.
The SBS store uses Fourthwall for product information and secure checkout. Your cart’s product selections and quantities are saved in your browser for up to 30 days; the website also uses an essential session cookie to protect checkout requests. SBS does not collect card details. When you proceed to checkout, your selected items are sent to Fourthwall, where shipping, payment, and order information are handled under Fourthwall’s privacy policy. SBS may receive order information needed to fulfill SBS-shipped products or provide support.
We count page loads, selected link clicks, public video and profile interest, media-topic selections, and one-time scroll milestones to understand which parts of the site are useful. Recognized referring services (such as Google or YouTube) and standardized promotional-link labels are counted in aggregate; full referring URLs, arbitrary query text, visitor identifiers, IP addresses, contact-form values, and tracking cookies are not saved in this analytics feed. Promotion labels measure arrivals only and are not carried into a visitor’s later browsing. We do not identify individual YouTube subscribers or attribute subscriptions to website visitors. Public channel subscriber observations and aggregate activity are stored privately for approximately six months. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected for browser activity. Aggregate form delivery successes and failures are recorded as operational counts without message contents. Analytics are not sent to a third-party service. Ordinary hosting security and access logs may be maintained separately by our hosting provider.
Accepting the website’s Discord invite adds a Website Referral role that grants no additional permissions. For new members joining after referral tracking begins, an SBS bot checks this marker and records the Discord user ID, username, display name, server join date, and observation times. These records are stored privately on the SBS server, visible only to authorized leadership accounts, and retained for up to 90 days from the join date. Existing members are counted separately without retaining their referral names. Referral records are not linked to anonymous website activity. Forwarded invites and manually assigned roles may affect attribution, and this feature cannot reconstruct past website referrals. To request correction or removal, contact SBS leadership.
